This farmhouse was built sometime prior to 1810 by Isaac White who settled the land between the Londonderry Turnpike (Route 3-A) and the Merrimack River in 1777. White's grandson, also named Isaac, was a prosperous farmer, winning awards for his dairy cows, butter, and Concord grapes. The farm stayed in the family, first owned by Isaac's son Frank, and then by Frank's son William.
