    • From the genealogy of Russell David Morgan: Roy Landis Morgan was a much-gifted person, and was of sturdy frame and six feet tall. He was noted for his friendly and pleasant manner, was of natural artistic ability (as attested by some of the paintings and drawings he left) and was employed as a master mechanic and cabinet maker with the Abbott-Downing Company, makers of the famous Concord Coach. A soldier in the State of New Hampshire militia, he served one or more tours of duty in the 1905 era.
