    • Timothy Felton Story was a painter and store-keeper in Hopkinton. Timothy and Mary Helen Chandler were married by John K. Young, acting pastor Congregational Church. They had one child who survived past birth.

      In the 1860 census of Hopkinton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, Timothy is age 13 and living with his father and step-mother; sister Clara, age 17; sister Ellen, age 13, half brother Charles, age 2, and Catherine Story, age 26.

      Timothy appears in the 1870 census of Hopkinton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire as age 23, a farm laborer, and living in the household of his father and step-mother along with his sister Ellen, age 21; his half brother Charlie, age 12, and half sister Hattie, age 4.

      An inscription for Lydia A. (Teague) Hammond (3/2/1793-6/18/1881, mother of Helen (Hammond) Chandler) is on the same gravestone with Timothy & Mary Helen (Chandler) Ordway, and Alfred N. and Helen M. (Hammond) Chandler in the old Hopkinton cemetery, Hopkinton, NH.

      Timothy Story's death certificate lists his occupation as a carpenter. Timothy died of consumption.
