    • Michael's obituary, from the Concord Monitor, Concord, NH:

      "Michael F. Ordway, 31, of Hammond Road, died Tuesday. He was born in Concord, the son of Dean Ordway and Colleen (Moffitt) Dixon. He grew up in Concord and graduated from Concord High School in 1984. He then attended Norwich University in Northfield, Vt., for two years before joining the U.S. Army. He was a highly decorated veteran of the Persian Gulf War. He left the service in 1992 and lived in Lebanon before moving to Canaan. He worked for Dartmouth Printing Company in Hanover. He loved fishing and was a music lover who enjoyed playing the drums. He is survived by his mother Colleen Dixon of New London; his father, Dean Ordway and his wife Kathleen Ordway of Bow; three sisters, Deanna Danie and Susan Morrison, both of Barrington, and Ellen Cyr of Newmarket; his material grandmother, Lena Place of Lebanon; one niece, three nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 11 a.m. to noon at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 72 S. Main St., Concord. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at noon in the church. The Rev. Dennis Broussard will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Blossom Hill Cemetery, Concord. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice."
