Their daughter Carolyn does not appear in the household, although the census was taken on April 14, 1930. His occupation is listed as Civil Engineer, and that both his parents were born in Italy, His age at first marriage is 24, so he must have had a prior marriage.

      Fred Maggi was an assistant to several mayors of Everett and/or Chelsea, MA. He lost everything in the Depression of 1932, and for a time during the depression years lived with Fred and Bella Marshall in Everett.
